This image was created in 1919 by the founder and leader of De Stijl, Theo van Doesburg. Anticipate that this image will certainly give you a good puzzle table workout! Part of the charm of this image is how soft the colours appear. The entire effect would be totally different if van Doesburg had used a glossy paint rather than the softly dusty colours seen here.
