Beautiful and majestic Iris flowers painted by Ohara Kosan sometime between 1925 and 1936. The Iris flowers dominate the foreground in jewel tones of sapphire, lapis. and aquamarine. The background moves from a delicate rosy taupe at the upper edge to a lovely water blue at the base.
