Politique de remboursement
Because each Smyth Puzzle is a unique, made-to-order piece, we are unable to offer refunds or returns except in the case of product defects or damage. If at all possible, our policy is to pursue repair or replacement, with a refund only being employed if circumstances prevent us from offering those remedies.

Damage and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the puzzle is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong order, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If an issue is discovered, please contact us at support@smythpuzzles.ca. If we determine that it is necessary to return the puzzle, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Puzzles sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
In the event that issuing a refund becomes necessary, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that there may be a delay for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
