Smyth Puzzles ship worldwide with free tracked shipping via Canada Post. Orders typically ship within 6-8 weeks, although this may vary depending on order volume and the size of the puzzle. Shipping service tier and delivery estimates will depend on destination. Express shipping services may be available upon request for an additional fee. Pricing will depend on the buyer’s location, size of the puzzle, and the tier of shipping desired.
In the event that an order fails to arrive within the expected timeframe, please use the shipment's tracking information to confirm whether any delay has been noted for the order. If no delay has been noted or if any other irregularities are present with the tracking information, please contact us immediately at support@smythpuzzles.ca so that we may investigate. Any orders that are damaged or lost in transit will be replaced or refunded in keeping with our Refund Policy.
Please note: any customs, duties, or import fees for orders outside Canada are the buyer's responsibility.
Pet Allergy Advisory
For customers who suffer from pet allergies, please be aware that Mary Lee Smyth does maintain a pet-friendly household home to a domestic shorthair cat. Although all care is taken to keep the Smyth Puzzles studio a clean and hygienic workspace, it is nonetheless possible that some small traces of pet hair or dander may contaminate shipments.
